Hypnosis Fundamentals - Module One
Through these Hypnotherapy lessons you’ll learn about the history of hypnosis along with presuppositions, your first induction practice and access Hypnotherapy scripts.
How Hypnosis Works - Module Two
In this Hypnotherapy module you’ll cover the deeper knowledge and science of brainwave entrainments, the links to binaural beats and practice arm levitation.
Starting Therapy - Module Three
In this hypnotherapy training module you’ll start to look at planning therapy, visualisation techniques, regression, timelines and access all the consultation forms and notes you need to start practicing Hypnotherapy on friends and family.
The power of Language and NLP techniques - Module Four
This Hypnotherapy module will introduce you to a solid understanding of NLP, how to use collapsing Anchors, submodalites and more through these 10 comprehensive lessons.
Imagination is key - Module Five
This exciting Hypnotherapy module dives into a number of practical demonstations to overcome fears and phobias.
Applications - Module Six
In this module, you’ll work through practical and powerful applications for Hypnotherapy such as weight management, ‘Hypnoslim’ and bereavement.
Applications - Module Seven
Another application module covering how Hypnotherapy can be used for depression, panic attacks, anxiety, fertility and hypnobirthing.
